KDK Kids Developing Kids Youth Mentoring Program is a nonprofit organization focused on developing leadership, resilience, and life skills in children through structured mentorship programs. We believe every child has the potential to become a positive force in their community.

Our comprehensive approach combines one-on-one mentoring, group activities, and skill-building workshops to create lasting positive change in young lives. We're committed to nurturing the next generation of confident, capable leaders.

Individual Mentoring

Make a direct impact by becoming a mentor. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build meaningful relationships with the youth in our program. Time commitment is flexible, typically 2-4 hours per week.

Complete our online application form and provide references. We welcome mentors from all backgrounds who are committed to supporting youth development.

All mentors undergo comprehensive background checks to ensure the safety and security of our youth participants.

Participate in our comprehensive mentor training program covering child development, communication skills, and program guidelines.

We carefully match mentors with youth based on interests, personalities, and goals to create the strongest possible relationships.
